Contest is finished, last racing day of Praděd GP Gliding 2010 is over. And here are the winners:
• 1st place for Sandor Laurinyecz (LS/ASW37/Hungary) with 192 GP points
• 2nd place for Helmut Kuenne (F9/ASW27/Germany) with 184 GP points
• 3rd place for Horst Jahnke (DHJ/ASW27/Germany) with 148 GP points

Welcome to airport Šumperk. Next virtual soaring contest is prepared for you - this time with name Praděd Gliding 2010. Praděd (1491 metres) is the highest mountain of Hrubý Jeseník mountains and Moravia and is fifth highest mountain of Czech Republic. The average annual temperature is about 1°C. A television transmitter is situated on the top, 162 m high. The upper platform is used as a watchtower.
All starts and finishes will be done at Šumperk airport. Competition class - 15m FAI, DAeC index will be not used. The competition will use scoring system based on real-life GP, the adjustment relates to a system of scoring. More info in Rules. You must register for this contest - after registering and logging in you will have access to briefings and sending IGC files. IGC files are needed for your scoring - no IGC, no score. Tasks with PDA allowed. Server starts every saturday at 20:00 CEST (18:00 UTC). Attention: choose carefully glider type in registration - with registered glider type you have to fly all task! This competition is continued line of successful competitions like Raven Competition, Xmas Cup, Liberec Eighteens, Kiwi Race and OCC. Please - give your attention to rules!
